Peace Retreat at the Clearing

Journey to an 88-acre wooded retreat less than an hour drive from Richmond. Arrive in late morning and take a guided meditation and silent circuit walk in the forest. Enjoy lunch (provided) on the large wooden deck, or in the air conditioned community room if you prefer. Relax, read, or wander. Later, try a "Forest Bathing" spiritual exercise with an accredited guide and a gentle yoga session on the grassed Clearing, customized to your level. (Please bring your own mat).
