Inclusive Fitness & Health Fall 2024

Jacob's Chance Fitness promotes overall wellness through sports, health, and fitness education and social interaction for individuals with intellectual and physical challenges. This fitness program run by the VCU Kinesiology and Health Sciences department is designed for youth and young adults ages 10-40 years old.

Dates: Sundays, September 8th - November 17th

Time Slots:

3:00-4:00pm (ages 10-19)

4:00-5:00pm (ages 20-40) - FULL

Location: The Faison Center (5311 Markel Rd, Richmond, VA 23230)

Cost: $50

Refund Policy

Jacob's Chance is able to process refunds upon request, up to one week prior to the start of the program/session, minus a 10% processing fee. We will not process refunds for fees below $10.

Is there anything we should know about the participant to ensure they have the most success possible? *IMPORTANT* - Per our policies, "we are unable to provide assistance with the following: toileting, wheelchair transfers, feeding, and any other ADLs." If your participant requires this type of assistance, a parent/guardian/caregiver must stay onsite the duration of the program. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call!
