Directed Research Fellowships are projects defined by t2pRI.

Research Focus Area #1: Leadership in Virtual / Hybrid Work Environments (Application deadline: January 15, 2024)

Research Focus Area #2: Intersection of Moral Leadership, Rights, and Artificial Intelligence (Application Deadline: January 15, 2024 or June 1, 2024)

Application Criteria: (1) Applicant must be a current doctoral student, post-doc or faculty member in good standing with an accredited higher education institution; (2) The research must align with the Directed Research Focus Area and with t2pRI’s mission to advance primary research in moral and purposeful leadership and/or emotional intelligence; (3) The research must have real-world application for organizations, especially for leaders in businesses and non-profits.
