This form is for registering and paying for the use of the Full Time Bridges program. Families, who enroll in full-time Bridges, pay for unlimited use during the month. Payments made through this online form can be done either monthly, by semester, or annually.  

Please select your payment option below - monthly, by semester, or annually.  Once you have selected your payment option, please make sure to also provide the name of your students you are paying for.

After completing the form below, you will be taken to a credit card payment page.

Monthly Payments

You can choose below to pay on a Monthly basis, or for multiple months at one time. Please select the appropriate number of students you would like to pay for first, and then select the appropriate number of months. Please also select from the dropdown list, the months you are paying for. 

Please note, the rates for August and December are pro-rated because there are only approximately half the number of school days in those months as compared to the other months.

Semester Payments

You can choose below to pay by semester. Please select the appropriate number of students you would like to pay for first, and then select the amount. 

Please note, the rates for first and second semester are different, due to the fact that August and December (in the first semester) are pro-rated because there are only approximately half the number of school days in those months as compared to the other months.
