Registration is $10

Chef Laura Schantz is the pastry chef at Hen of the Wood, Doc Ponds, and Prohibition Pig, where she’s crafted delicious desserts for 10 years. After attending the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, she made sauces and chocolates for It’s Arthur’s Fault in Jericho, and taught group cooking classes. She was also the pastry chef at Belted Cow Bistro in Essex before accepting her current role at HOTW. Laura has developed great relationships with many local farmers and producers over the years, to source ingredients she uses in her tarts, pies, and other baked goods at the restaurant. | Funding for this event is made possible by Specialty Crop Block Grant 02200-SCBGP-18-05, awarded to Vermont Fresh Network by the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food, and Markets.
