2024 NC Potters Conference Registration

The NC Potters Conference begins at the Thompson Arts & Event Hall at Historic Luck’s Cannery in Seagrove, NC, on Thursday, February 29, 2024, with Registration Check-In starting at Noon and runs through 5:30 PM on Saturday, March 2 pm. Check out the Schedule for more details.

Full Conference Registration includes access to the entire event and an invitation to participate in our Conference Attendee Pottery Show/Sale.

Unlike many conferences, the NC Potters Conference Full Conference Registration does include most meals. A continental breakfast is provided on Friday and Saturday. Lunch is provided on Friday and Saturday. Dinner is provided on Thursday and Friday evening. We will only be able to offer non-vegetarian and vegetarian food options.

No children are permitted. Only certified service animals as defined by ADA regulations will be permitted.

Firearms, concealed or otherwise, are prohibited at the conference.

Registration Check-In will be inside the Thompson Arts & Event Hall at Historic Luck’s Cannery.

Please indicate whether you wish the non-vegetarian or vegetarian food option. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will only be able to offer non-vegetarian and vegetarian food options.
Please indicate whether or not you plan to attend the Welcome Dinner and Opening Speaker Presentation on Thursday evening, February 29. Knowing this will help us to better plan our catering numbers for that evening since some attendees may not be planning to arrive until Friday morning.

Refund Policy

Because plans are made based on the number of registrations, funds are obligated in advance of the conference. Cancellations prior to Feb. 1st will receive a full refund minus the cost of any transaction fees. Cancellations prior to Feb. 15th will receive a $150 refund. No refunds will be made after Feb. 14th.
