Waterloo Arts Fest 2023 VOLUNTEER SIGNUP

Thank you for your interest in volunteering. We couldn't do it without the help of our community! The Waterloo Arts Fest is September 9, Noon-7pm. There are volunteer shifts from 8 am until 9 pm.

Volunteer opportunities at Waterloo Arts Fest:

Set Up: from 8am to noon. Setting up tables, chairs, and helping with tents. Set up may require some moderate lifting.
Guest services: Handing out programs, passing out surveys, checking in other volunteers.
Craft Tables: Monitoring make-and-take craft tables
Runners & Stage Hands: Helping vendors and musicians with their equipment.
Sanitation: Trash and recycling removal.
Break Down: Breaking down tables, chairs, and helping with tents. Requires moderate lifting. From 7pm to 9pm.

Volunteers will receive a limited edition Waterloo Arts Fest t-shirt. Thank you for your interest in helping out and we will follow up with more instructions when we confirm.
