Justice for Our Neighbors-Southeast Michigan Fall Fundraiser 2018

Join us for our annual Fall Fundraiser! Enjoy hearty appetizers and drinks, browse our Silent Auction items, and listen to the music of Jeff Karoub, our featured performer. Jeff is a lifelong musician and Michigan resident who sings and plays guitar, mandolin, violin and a touch of piano. He has graced numerous stages across the Great Lakes and beyond, and his original “rhythm and roots” music has been played on many radio stations. His three albums have earned praise from notable folk DJs.

For the Dearborn resident, music is another way of telling a story, and he mines song ideas from both his family's history and the people and places he has chronicled as a longtime journalist. Jeff, who traces his roots to the Middle East and much of Europe, will include elements of his experiences into his performance.

Our Fall event is our largest fundraiser of the year. Please join us to reflect on events of the past year and re-commit to advocating for humane immigration policies and continuing free legal services for our immigrant neighbors and friends!

When: 5-8 PM on November 18, 2108
