    • Printed on all the timed bibs provided to the participants
    • Printed on three (3) vertical 3'x6' School “Winner" banners for the most participants and will hang at the school for an entire year! The elementary, middle and high schools with the most participants will hang the banners at their school for an entire year.

Marketing Materials

We want to make sure all the walkers and/or runners know that YOU support RCS students!! Your company can provide marketing materials such as pens, business cards, coupons, etc., to put in the t-shirt and bib takeaway bags that are given to every registrant before the race.

A recommended minimum of 1000 pieces will be needed to deliver to the Administration Building by September 1 to fill the bags.

Your organization can provide an in-kind raffle prize to a lucky registrant(s).


You will receive an in-kind thank-you letter for the value of your item.
