Multi-Party Mediation Training

This online advanced mediation training prepares you for the increased complexity when conflict occurs between more than two people. It includes information on fostering a productive problem solving environment, making collaborative decisions, structuring meetings for maximum productivity, increasing clear communications, and dealing with conflict on the job.

*This training is designed for trainees who 1.) are certified mediators OR 2.) have completed the 40-Hour Professional Mediation Training within the past two years, entered our mediator practicum, and completed three mediation observations. If you need to discuss your eligibility for this training, please contact the DRC office.

Cost: $350*

*$275 discounted registration fee for DRC Volunteers who have recently completed the 40-Hour Professional Mediation Training, entered the Mediator Practicum, and completed three observations.
