About the Application Process

This cohort is limited to 30 participants. In identifying quality candidates, we review each application carefully looking for leadership achievement as well as leadership potential. A demonstrated commitment to racial equity work is imperative. You must complete and e-sign your application. Tuition is $3,700. Limited scholarships are available for people with limited resources.
