Donation Requests

To submit a donation request, please answer the following questions, complete the form and submit. Please note that applicants must meet the specific criteria below for consideration. Requests are reviewed monthly, on the last Thursday of each month, and responses/donations are sent the following week. As such, please allow time for consideration, processing, and distribution.

Qualifying Criteria Questions

Is your organization is a Salt lake County-based public or 501c3 private, non-profit institution?

Will the contributions from Clark Planetarium be distributed exclusively within Salt Lake County?

Yes

Is the mission of the requesting organization related to public education, preferably science education?

Yes

Will contributions from the planetarium be used exclusively to support the direct delivery of educational services in Salt Lake County?

Yes
