Current Covid Protocols: (updated May 2022) Party participants are expected to adhere to the self-screening and quarantine guidance provided by New York State. Programs are held primarily outdoors, with the exception of our barn and barn classroom. All SKF staff and educators are fully vaccinated. Disinfectant and masks are available by request. Please note, all scheduled programs are subject to cancellation following New York State and Department of Health guidelines. We will do our best to reschedule should we need to cancel due to COVID guidelines or inclement weather.

Payment Policy: Stony Kill birthday parties are $250 for up to 13 children, including the birthday child. Each additional child is $10 (up to 18 children may join). Stony Kill Foundation requires a $50 deposit at time of booking. The remaining payment of $200 is due the day of our party by cash or check. Credit card payment can be processed online before your party date.

Timeframe: Parties include a 45 min education program by a naturalist educator followed by a craft or activity and a small party favor. The other hour is reserved for food/cake, etc. Additional time can be added to your party for an additional $50 per hour. Our educator will meet you 45 minutes before party start time to help with set up.

What do you bring: Parents must supply paper goods, food, beverages, cake, goody bags, and decorations. Table cloths are suggested. Our educator will assist with set up, clean up and trash removal. We do not provide refrigeration, you may bring coolers and ice if you like. There is no kitchen on site. Additional requests should be discussed with our Program Director.
