2023 MedWish Band Aid Bash Donation Form

This year is our 30th Anniversary and we plan to celebrate this milestone during our Band Aid Bash on Saturday, June 10th at FWD Day + Nightclub. You can help us make a world of difference by contributing to this year's event, where we will bring together a large mix of supporters, philanthropists, and members of the Northeast Ohio community in support of MedWish International.

MedWish International is a Cleveland-based nonprofit organization that saves lives and the environment by repurposing surplus medical supplies and equipment to provide humanitarian aid around the world. Since our inception in 1993, we have served 115 countries, reduced waste for a healthier planet, engaged thousands of local volunteers, and impacted millions of lives around the world.
