I accept and clearly understand that there are inherent and other risks involved in performing activities involved with the BREWSTER CONSERVATION TRUST (BCT) events and volunteer activities. I freely assume those risks. I certify that I am physically fit for the Volunteer Activities sought and have not been advised by a physician to refrain from engaging in such Volunteer Activities. I confirm that I have the requisite skill set to competently and safely perform the Volunteer Activities. If at any time I feel that the Volunteer Activity that I am performing is beyond my skill set, I will immediately cease performing the Volunteer Activity and notify BCT through its trustees, officers, agents, employees or volunteer project managers. I acknowledge that, neither BCT, its trustees, officers, agents, or employees nor any affiliated organization or individual is responsible for ensuring or has any duty to ensure any volunteer activities or my safety.

I verify that the above information is accurate, and that I freely volunteer my time through BCT.

I hereby waive and release any and all claims that I, my heirs, successors or assigns may have against BCT, its trustees, officers, agents or employees or any affiliated organization or individual for any injuries or damages in any way related to my participation in any Volunteer Activity. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless BCT, its trustees, officers, agents and employees and any affiliated organization or individual against any claims, loss, damages or costs from any claims, demands or actions that may subsequently be brought for injuries or damages arising out of or in any way related to my actions or omissions at any volunteer activity.
