Electrical Disconnection Intervention Assistance Application

Electricity Assistance: April 16 - June 27 (or until funding is exhausted). If you've received a disconnection notice from your power company or your power is currently turned off due to disconnection.

Eligibility:

You must be enrolled with AIO with an updated membership as of January 2024. If you have not yet enrolled with AIO or updated your membership as of January 2024 for food assistance or other programs, please complete your AIO enrollment before filling out the Electricity Assistance form below. AIO enrollment can be found here.
You must have an active disconnection notice from your power company.
You must have already contacted your power company and disqualified for any programs or payment arrangements they offer.
The amount we are able to pay on your account must be able to stop the disconnection.

If you meet the above eligibility requirements, please complete the following form. Please provide the accurate account number, total balance due, and disconnection date (from the disconnection notice).
