Cub Care change policy

A request to change the frequency that your child attends Cub Care must be submitted to the office by the 15^th of the month preceding the change. A request to change the day(s) of the week that your child attends Cub Care must be submitted to the school office two weeks in advance of the day the change will take effect. If proper notice is not given the drop-in rate will be charged. All changes and drop-ins are subject to approval by the school administrator.

Cub Care payment policy

Cub Care fees will be billed on the 20^th of the month. Payments are due by the 1^st of the following month. Payments more than ten days late will incur a late fee.

The Cub Care Program does not provide refunds for unused services including absences due to, but not limited to, the illness of the child or scheduled Early Release/no school days for OCS.
