Prairie Loft WEDDING CEREMONY Facility Rental Contract

Not official until the form is submitted, the deposit is made to Prairie Loft, and Prairie Loft accepts the details of the contract.

Wedding ceremony attendance is limited to 150 people maximum. This limit is determined by the capacity of the Loft Barn. Because the Loft Barn is the optimal shelter in case of bad weather, we must limit attendance numbers even for ceremonies planned outdoors. Thanks for understanding.

I have read, understand, and agree to adhere to the policies and regulations as set forth by Prairie Loft regarding this request for the use of Prairie Loft facilities for the purposes described in the contract.

I understand that the total rental fee for the use of Prairie Loft facilities will be:

$850 (event day) and $100 (optional prior day rehearsal hour), and any additional amounts outlined in the contract or charges incurred during the rental period.

I will provide payment upon approval of this contract for the $150 nonrefundable deposit (plus $100 rehearsal hour, if applicable). I understand that my contract is not considered official until this deposit is paid.

Upon submission of the form, Prairie Loft will send an invoice via email for the deposit.
