Are you interested in working at Hillel and experiencing the operations or business environment? We have a variety of positions available with flexible schedules. We're able to work with your class schedule. Opportunities are semester- and year-long commitments with a consistent schedule.

We are currently hiring for:

Operations Team Interns-Our Operations Team Interns are essential partners with our office team to support the aquisition and delivery of supplies necessary for the smooth operation of Hillel. ***Access to a car is required for this position along with comfort driving around the greater Gainesville area***


Welcome Team - Front Desk Interns: Our Welcome Team Interns are often the first person a visitor meets when they arrive at UF Hillel; they are the face of Hillel, greeting our guests with a smile. They may welcome new students and provide tours of Hillel and answer questions about opportunities. Our front desk interns will also be an important part of our office team, supporting other team members with administrative projects, organizing office materials, and ensuring the building is prepared for upcoming and ongoing events.
