2019 CTAAFSC Exhibitor Registration Form

In order to be considered as an exhibitor for the 19th Annual Central Texas African American Family Support Conference, applications and payment must be received by January 18, 2019. 

Each exhibitor registration includes:

  1. One 6ft table (not skirted, please bring your own table cover)
  2. Two complimentary conference registrations with access to all workshops (space permitting) and meals.
  3. Your organization listed in the conference program

Exhibitors with more than TWO representatives are required to purchase conference registration for each additional exhibitor.

There is an $80 fee for each outlet, not covered by the conference.

PAYMENT

No application will be processed or space assigned until payment is received. Some sponsors, depending on their level of sponsorship, will receive exhibit space at no charge.

REVIEW PROCEDURE

Applications for exhibit space will be reviewed to determine whether they satisfy the mission of the CTAAFSC for acceptance. Please note that each applicant must supply as much detailed information concerning their organization and services provided to the community. When deemed necessary, we may request additional supporting information from the applicant.

STAFF AT BOOTH

Each exhibitor is entitled to TWO (2) representatives to staff the exhibit booth. Additional staff beyond two is required to pay the conference registration fee for each additional person.
