At the Yellow Farmhouse Education Center we see culinary teachers as stewards of the next generation’s knowledge, skills and passion about the food system and we believe in the power of culinary education to create a food system that improves the health of our communities and our planet.
Spend a day with your colleagues exploring and articulating your purpose so that you can advocate for the changes you want to make in your classroom, school, community and world. We will share ideas, work on the farm and make a meal together all the while exploring our inspirations, challenges and vision for a better food future.
With funding from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, we are able to offer this program at no cost to attendees and offer a $100 stipend for FCS teachers.
