Join the Wareham Land Trust's new Executive Director, Alexandra Zollo, for a hike of the Red Brook Trail Network. This program is FREE but registration is requested. Parking can be found at the Lyman Reserve parking lot on Red Brook Road, Plymouth, MA. GPS will lead to 14 Packard St which is the following side street, but the entrance to the lot is on Red Brook Rd

In consideration of permission to participate in events and volunteer opportunities of The Wareham Land Trust and TerraCorps (referred to afterward as The Organizations): A. I fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards and such hazards may exist during my participation. B. Participation in such activities may result in injury or illness and I hereby assume all risks, dangers, and responsibility for any losses or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the officers, staff, or agents of The Organizations, the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, the forces of nature, or other causes. I voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify The Organizations and their officers, staff, and agents from all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, or otherwise, which may arise out of my participation in The Organizations' activities. I have read the above waiver and release, and by signing it agree. It is my intention to exempt and relieve The Organizations from liability for personal injury, property damage, or otherwise caused by negligence or any other cause.
