Welcome Spring with a flow yoga class that encourages listening to the body, moving at a comfortable pace that suits your needs and taking time for deep rest. Michelle Pugh from Joonbug Yoga will provide modifications for those new to yoga. All are welcome!
We will follow the 60 minute yoga class with a guided Yoga nidra meditation and offer healing herbal teas that support the liver and kidneys.
