Tee Up for Teens

Thank you for registering for the Tee Up for Teens Golf Tournament. Your pariticipation supports the creation of the Mill Street Youth Center at 430 W Mill Street. The Youth Center will be a vibrant, safe and welcoming place for 6th - 12th grade students during their out-of-school time.

If all players on the team are not known at this time, place TBD in the name field. You will be able to call and add players prior to the tournament.
