Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel before Sept 15th, we will refund everything but a $35 processing fee. Any cancellations after Sept 15th will not neccessarily be refunded. We will consider partial refunds on a case by case basis.

Accessibility

We are seeking to balance sustaining our operations, fairly supporting program leaders, and accommodating a wide range of economic realities. Please give at the highest level you are comfortable contributing, and if you are able, help support others who need assistance accessing this program.

If the low end of the sliding scale still feels cost prohibitive, please be in touch at dreamingstonenc@gmail.com. We do not want to turn anyone away for economic reasons.

Sliding Scale Fee *

$65 - Suggested: Choose this option if you are financially stable. This option covers event expenses and labor.

$95 - Sustaining: Choose this option if you are financially well-off. This option supports lower registration fees for those who need it and makes the event possible.

$35 - Supported: Choose this option if you wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend. This amount does not fully cover the expense of the event.
