MCEDSV 2024 Annual Conference - FIERCE BRAVERY!

Breakfast and lunch are provided both days of the conference.
MCEDSV non-members are welcome and invited to attend.
CEUs for Social Work must be requested and paid in advance ($25/day).
Self-parking at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Dearborn will be free for registered MCEDSV conference guests (excludes Valet parking).

Important Date/Deadline: Wednesday, May 8, 2024.
This is both the early registration and cancellation deadline. After this date, a $50 late fee applies to all registrations, and refunds for cancellations cannot be given.

Lodging:
MCEDSV's discounted group rate is $85.00/night for the nights of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, May 21, 22, and 23. Reservation instructions will be provided in conference registration confirmations and communications.

The hotel group rate cut-off date is Monday, May 8!

Regarding payments, please review before registering:

This system accepts only credit card payments via PayPal. If you need to request alternate payment arrangements, follow these steps:

First, complete this registration form first and click the submit button. The data you entered in this form will be submitted.
Next, you must email the MCEDSV Events Team to request MCEDSV generate and provide you with an invoice. Note the early registration deadline, Wednesday, May 8. After this date, the late fee of $50 applies to ALL registration regardless of payment arrangements. Please request an invoice early, in time to avoid late fees.

MCEDSV carefully selects venues with the best quality of service to accommodate the varying needs of our guests. Selected venues do the best job working closely with us to meet the broadest range of individual dietary and accommodation requests and that are within MCEDSV's budget limitations per funder guidelines for this event.

Offerings and ability to meet individual and specific requests vary from venue to venue, and individuals with very specific requirements are advised to plan ahead and bring supplements and snacks that will ensure your needs are met.

FYI - meals served at all MCEDSV events will exclude fish and seafood – those items will never be on the menu ;)
