WLA endeavors to refer cases at all fee payment levels. To assist making appropriate referrals, please indicate below which types of cases you are willing to accept. Your selections do not influence your standing or priority in the referral program.


(Max file size: 10 MB) The lawyer referral service requires you to maintain an errors and omissions liability insurance policy in the amount of at least $200,000 each occurrence and $500,000 aggregate. A copy of the declarations page is required for our files. By uploading a copy of your declaration page, you verify your compliance with this requirement of the WLA Attorney Referral Program. Attorneys volunteering for the Arts Legal Clinic may be covered by WLA's insurance policy.
