Retreat bookings are for 24 hours. If you choose to stay longer on your last day than your scheduled arrival time on your first day, you will be charged an additional prorated fee per hour.

Meals

Light on the Hill provides three gourmet vegetarian meals a day for group retreat participants. We are able to accommodate gluten-free and vegan guests. We will consult with you prior to your arrival to plan for your participants' dietary restrictions.

Chosen Meals

Most retreat groups start with dinner on the first evening of their retreat and finish with lunch on the last day. We can also accommodate other choices. Please indicate which meals your retreat requires on the first and last days of your retreat. We will prorate your meal charges accordingly.

Group Retreat Reservation Process

After you click "Submit" below, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, please resubmit the form.

Within two business days after you submit the form, we will communicate with you by email or phone to discuss your retreat reservation request. Once we are able to confirm availability, we will send you an invoice for the retreat deposit, payable by check through the mail or by credit card online through our Paypal portal. Note that online payments incur an additional nonrefundable 3.5% processing fee. We will also place a seven-day courtesy hold on the lodge for your selected retreat dates. If we do not receive your deposit within seven days of the invoice date, we will remove the courtesy hold on your selected dates.

Once the deposit is received, Light on the Hill will confirm the retreat reservation by email and generate the retreat contract and an invoice for the minimum lodging and food balance. The signed contract is due within seven days of receipt. The minimum lodging and food balance is due two months before the retreat start date.
