Within two business days after you submit the form, we will communicate with you by email or phone to discuss your retreat reservation request. Once we are able to confirm availability, we will send you an invoice for the retreat deposit, payable by check through the mail or by credit card online through our Paypal portal. Note that online payments incur an additional nonrefundable 3.5% processing fee. We will also place a seven-day courtesy hold on the lodge for your selected retreat dates. If we do not receive your deposit within seven days of the invoice date, we will remove the courtesy hold on your selected dates.
Once the deposit is received, Light on the Hill will confirm the retreat reservation by email and generate the retreat contract and an invoice for the minimum lodging and food balance. The signed contract is due within seven days of receipt. The minimum lodging and food balance is due two months before the retreat start date.
