2023 Flatwater Vendor Application

16th Flatwater Music Festival

Friday & Saturday, June 23 & 24, 2023 (Fri 6-11pm, Sat 1-11pm)

Live acoustic music performances on two stages will include local talent and award-winning national artist plus kids' activities, music jams & workshops, beer garden, food, art, and much more. Daily admission: $15. Kids under 10: FREE. Estimated 1500 visitors each year.

Vendor Fees:

$30: Art and/Handmade Items/or Snacks (booth or table)

*While we strive to provide a diverse range of vendors and goods, we can not guarantee that some of the same or similar items will not be sold by separate vendors. Please reach out if you are concerned your product may overlap with other vendors.

Fee Includes:

  • Admission for 2 adults for 2 days. Children attending with you MUST be accompanied by adults not responsible for your booth or trailer.
  • Artists: 12x12 space (approx) with access to electricity
  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords, fans, etc.
  • The non-refundable fee covers your participation on both Friday and Saturday at the festival. Vendors are required to participate both days.

Vendor Types: We accept fine art and handcraft art vendors who offer local, independent, and/or handmade items. National companies and commercially produced goods will generally not be accepted. Information booth space will be offered primarily to non-profits, organizations and companies whose purpose aligns with Prairie Loft’s mission.

Food Vendors and any vendor offering an activity must provide a copy of your Certificate of Insurance, available from your insurance agent.

Vendor Hours: Vendors must be open for business 30 minutes prior to event start times, and stay open until 10:00pm both Friday and Saturday.

Registered vendors will be sent detailed instructions and times for the event.

Please note: If you would prefer to pay the vendor fee with cash/check, please submit this form and ignore the online payment page that comes up. (Ignore the warning and simply leave the payment page.) 

Please email alli@priaireloft.org to let us know you submitted an application without payment and we will get back to you with a confirmation and alternative payment info. 

The application will not be considered official until we receive some form of payment.
