Work trade positions are designed to provide half-priced support for students interested in enrolling in Wild Wisdom and/or Herbal Aid Ed, and for whom, additional financial assistance would help them to enroll and get the most out of their learning experience.
Each position would require 2.5 hours of direct hands-on support of the course, which could include coming early or staying late to help with set-up/class breakdown, research and development of additional learning materials, community tabling, garden support, etc. Work trade students will be required to keep and submit a monthly log of their hours to submit each month.
Each program will be selecting and enrolling 2 work-trade students to support each course. As there may be more applicants for work-trade than positions, we will also be offering a small number of scholarships to support interested students. If financial status is a hindrance to enrollment but you are dedicated to your study, please contact us so we can work to accommodate you!
