Please list product and value. Product donation must have a retail value of $20 or more.

Cords are the vendor's responsibility

Vendor Application Deadline is September 30th. Please supply the following:
  1. Two photos or a catalog of your products (we will share on social media)

  2. Be prepared to donate one product to the raffle, with a value of $20 or more.
    Please deliver or send the item to us no later than October 15th

No application will be considered that is not paid in full. Tables filled on a first come, first served basis. The absolute deadline for application submission, booth cancellation, or refunds is September 30, 2022.

Vendor Contract

Continuum of Care (COC)  and _____________________________ (hereafter “Vendor”) hereby agree to the following:

Vendor will rent a space from COC at 109 Legion Avenue on 11/ 12/2022.

Set-up must be completed by 9:30 am with tear-down ending at 5:00 pm.

Vendor Fee is $50, payable by 09/30/2022.

Bring your own table (up to 3x6), or Continuum can supply a 3x6 table (limited availability) with 2 chairs.

The COC Events Committee will designate the Vendor booth location in COC building. 

The Vendor will provide all decorations, cables, and equipment necessary to run the booth.

The Vendor agrees to abide by the COC Events guidelines:

  • The Vendor takes responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at his/her table & space.
  • The Vendor attests that all his/her products can be legally sold by State and Federal laws.
  • The Vendor will not sublet, share or rent out his/her assigned space at any time.
  • The Vendor will be responsible for any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the CITY OR STATE.
  • The Vendor is responsible for bringing any needed electrical cords, and extension cords.
  • The Vendor is responsible for collecting own fees and charging for and reporting sales & use taxes.

The COC Events Committee is permitted to take photographs of the booths and vendors and use these photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes.

The vendor is required to donate a product with a retail value of $20 or more to Continuum that may be used in a raffle.
