2024 Arts & Crafts Food Vendor Application

The vendor fee reserves your space. 

Early Bird Special (ends Dec. 31, 2023): $75

Regular Price (Jan. 1 - May 24, 2024): $100

Electricity Charge ($30): Please request electricity access in the "special requirements" section above. If available, a staff member will contact you.

Because power must be shared with other vendors and temporary power loss at such events is not uncommon, participants should be prepared for occasional power issues such as surges, outages, etc. Proper action should be taken by the vendor to protect any sensitive equipment with surge protectors, etc. 

No electrical cords or lights will be provided by the Moravian Historical Society. 

All items for sale must follow state and local food safety guidelines. 

Vendors may not sublet, assign, donate, or trade spaces.

An application is a commitment to show. There will be no refunds given after acceptance. 

All participants are required to collect 6% PA sales tax and pay it to the state.

Each food vendor is responsible for their food area, including furnishings and tents. Food trucks may park on our gravel driveway. 

A certificate of insurance with minimum coverage of $500,000 for personal, business, or other organizations. The following designation as "other insured" must be added to your insurance policy and submitted prior to participation in the festival: The Moravian Historical Society is named as additional insured with regards to the Arts & Crafts Festival.

*Further details and responsibilities will be communicated by the Moravian Historical Society upon acceptance of the vendor application.

By signing this application, you are confirming that you have read, fully understand, and agree to the terms within the vendor application and will abide by the rules or risk being removed from the festival ground.

The undersigned does hereby release, forever discharge and hold harmless the Moravian Historical Society of and from all actions, suits, damages or claims whatever arising from any loss or damage to any property of the undersigned while in the possession or supervision of the Festival, its agents, representatives, employees or volunteers.
