2024 Farmers Market Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in the Woodfords Corner Farmers Market (WCFM)! This year, the WCFM will run on Thursdays from May 30th to October 24th (21 weeks) from 3:30 to 6:30 pm. There will not be a market on July 4th.

We are looking for a variety of vendors to sell at our market, including:

• Produce
  • Please note, we are only accepting 4 produce vendors (must be full season)
• Meat/dairy
• Breads
• Baked goods/prepared foods
• Fermented products
• Seafood
• Honey/maple products
• Flowers
• Other specialty food vendors selling products like spices, vinegars, pasta, etc.

There will be three scheduling options:

• Full season, 21 weeks, $210
  • Note that produce vendors must choose full season!
• Half season, 10 or 11 weeks, $110
• Per diem $20/week, dates to be determined with Market Manager

We are currently not accepting applications for craft vendors. There is a separate application for food trucks.

Market stalls are 10x12. Vehicles will not be permitted in the market unless an exception has been made by FWC. Review the WCFM Agreements here.

Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis until April 1st.

We will start reviewing applications and contact applicants with our decision. There is a nonrefundable $25 application fee, which will be absorbed into market stall fees if your application is accepted. 

Fees for accepted vendors are due by April 1st. Accepted vendors agree to provide a bio and photo for marketing.
