This form is for St. Cecilia Catholic School parents to report their school volunteer hours. This form is only for reporting school-specific volunteer hours for the 2023 - 2024 school year.

Filling out this form will greatly help the school account for the many, many volunteer hours parents give to the school each year.

Important: School volunteer hours count toward service to the parish, but do not replace the volunteer commitment direct to the parish or parish ministries to qualify for the Active Parishioner Tuition Discount Rate.
