How to Craft Characters Who Captivate Readers

This craft talk will examine in on the art of characterization in fiction writing. Participants will learn how to explore personalities to develop characters who captivate readers, drive plots and keep readers engaged throughout the story. Each participant will receive character profile template.
 

Instructor: Rhonda Crowder holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in creative writing, editing and publishing from Cleveland State University. She is a journalist, manuscript editor, entrepreneur, associate publisher, author, literacy advocate and humanitarian who has been recognized by several organizations for service to her community including being named a 2019 Cleveland Champion. Her debut novel is titled Riddles.
