FOOD AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PROVIDER REGISTRATION

Lake County PrideFest is one of the most highly anticipated events of the summer in Lake County, drawing thousands.

This annual outdoor festival will feature great local music and performances on two stages, tasty food trucks, craft brews. Visit the multitude of vendors, artisans and exhibitors and even try your hand at drag bingo!

Join us in celebrating LGBTQ+ life and culture & show your support for Lake County’s LGBTQ+ community.

Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Exhibitor

You will be charged a $15.00 application fee today.

An invoice for the balance of the fees will be sent to you and payment MUST be received by May 10, 2024 to ensure your place at the event. A late application fee of $50 will be assessed if your registration request is received AFTER May 10, 2024.

Fees owed to the Village of Round Lake Beach are NOT included in the registration fee.

If the Festival cannot accept your registration for any reason, your $15 application fee will be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason.

Additional Requirements:

  • Vendor must complete a Food Truck Vendor Event Application through the Village of Round Lake Beach
  • Must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance
  • List of goods and prices must be prominently displayed at the event

Notes and restrictions:

  • Vendor must accept VIP tickets for beverages. VIP tickets can be redeemed with LGBTQ+ Center after event conclusion for full retail value.
  • No bottled water may be sold. Soda and other non-alcoholic beverages may be sold.
  • No utilities, including electric, gas or water, will be provided by the Center.
  • Exclusive-use garbage/waste receptacles will be placed within 30’ of the space for vendor-only access. These receptacles will be shared among all food/beverage vendors.
Spaces will be selected by and at the discretion of event staff.
Artisan / Handcrafted Registration

All art must be handcrafted, no exceptions!
"Handcrafted," means it was made entirely by hand or with the use of simple tools (e.g., knife, needle, paintbrush, cricut.), Hence, there was no mass-production machine involvement in the creation of the goods otherwise you are considered a "Merchant".

A limited number of these reduced fee applications will be accepted. If your entry is not accepted, you will have the option of having your $15 application fee refunded, less any processing fees (approximately $3.00).

Notes and restrictions:

  • No food or beverages of any kind may be sold at any time.
The LGBTQ+ Center Lake County is committed to ensuring equity in traditionally underserved communities. Fee assistance will only be applied to 10x10 exhibition spaces and may not be applied to tent, table or chair rentals.
