Borrower Agreement and Pledge

The individual named below ("Participant") desires to participate in programs and/or activities ("Activity") partially or wholly coordinated by Groundwork Bridgeport, Inc. ("Organization") and its partner agencies (collectively, the “PARTNERS”). As lawful consideration for being permitted by the Groundwork Bridgeport, Inc. and PARTNERS to participate in the Activity, Participant agrees to all the terms and conditions of this Borrower Pledge as set forth herein.
I understand that Groundwork Bridgeport will lend me a PurpleAir Flex Air Quality Monitor for a period of six (6) months.
I agree to take care of the PurpleAir Flex Air Quality Monitor and do my best to prevent it from damage so that others may participate in this program.
I agree to return the PurpleAir Flex Air Quality Monitor back to Groundwork Bridgeport or one of their distribution partners before or at the end of the six (6) month lending period.
I agree to connect my monitor to my internet connection at home to help with tracking air quality across the city.
