The second in a series of discussions on resources for families with a child with special needs.

Education attorney Alexandra Rosenblatt of the Law Offices of Mark B. Martin, P.A., Ms. Rosenblatt worked at the Public Justice Center doing federal and state impact litigation and legislative advocacy.  In 2012, Alexandra’s daughter was born with Down syndrome.  Since then, she has been her daughter’s fiercest advocate, immersing herself in special education and disability law.   She also created a group for Baltimore City parents with children receiving special education services.
