This form allows you to purchase up to 12 tickets (you and up to 11 book club members or other guests) in a single form. Admission to the event is based on the name of the attendee, so name and email address are required for each one.* Please use an actual name; duplicate names will not be honored.
*Also, names and email addresses are necessary as a contact method in case of last-minute changes to the event, or in case of emergency cancellation. Tickets are not refundable.
