The Institute for Climate and Peace (ICP) is a climate justice organization that understands the science and advances positive peace to build equity and climate resiliency for the communities most affected by climate change. We are a U.S. registered non-profit organization (EIN: 83-1440386) founded in the Hawaiian Islands and operating projects in the Pacific-Asia Region. We coordinate a team of social entrepreneurs, analysts, educators, policy strategists, and other organizers; 91% of ICP’s board, staff, and advisory team identifies as female, and 74% are people of color. 100% of our core operating team are Millennials and Gen Z leaders who are deeply committed to justly solving the climate crisis.
