2021 AC&WPATC Fall Conference - Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in the AC&WPATC Fall Conference. This year the event will be back at our new venue – the Erie Bayfront Convention Center! 

We ask that you please read each field in the form below carefully and ensure that you have a complete understanding of what to expect at this venue. If you have any questions, please call our office at 412-261-2521 and we will be happy to help you.

Food Plans are now sold separately from lodging. Exhibitors are not required to purchase Food Plans, but the option is offered on this form. No Food Plans can be added on once you have arrived at the event.

After completion of this form, you will be sent an auto-confirmation email that contains the link and information on how to make lodging arrangements directly with the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel, as well as information on purchasing electrical services and other Exhibiting ad-ons.

  • Files should be in PDF or JPG file format. Files received in other formats (Word, hard copy, etc.) cannot be guaranteed for quality when printed.

Exhibit Booth

 

Exhibit Booth Information: 

  • Cost: $350
  • Exhibitors are entitled to admission to all of the Fall Conference educational sessions
  • Exhibiting Hours: Saturday, October 16 from 8a.m. - 3p.m. (accessible at 6am to set up)
  • Exhibiting takes place in the West Ballroom of the Erie Bayfront Convention Center.
  • Please note that no meals are included and must be purchased separately.
  • If electricity is required for your booth – please complete the service request form (provided after submission of this form) and return with payment/registration. Electricity costs are payable to Erie Bayfront Convention Center.

Hospitality/Cruise Sponsorship

Hospitality Sponsorship Information:

  • Cost: $250
  • Entitles sponsor to recognition on signage in the hospitality area, signage on the Victorian Princess Cruise (conference gift), and in the program book
  • Please note: Hospitality is no longer taking place in individual suites. Instead, it will be held in a common area each evening of the conference.
Food Plans
Vendors and Sponsors are NOT required to purchase a food plan. Please note, however, that food packages and individual meals CANNOT be added on after arriving to the event.
