GPRF Scholarship Recipient Volunteer Hours

This form is to help you and our Student Support team keep track of all your volunteer work in fulfillment of one of the requirements for you to maintain your scholarship. As a reminder students recieving scholarship support must:

-Attend 75% of practices

- Volunteer 5 hours per season

- Attend one community event per year
