Meal planning is a wonderful strategy to help provide a healthy, home-cooked meal; however, knowing where to start can be overwhelming!  

Mastering Meal Planning - the first in our Winter Market Wellness Series - is just the session for you!  Join our nutrition coaching master, Katie Dotson, and learn how to build a plan, avoid over-committing, and actually follow through.  You’ll learn how to choose the meal planning method that best fits your needs, and take home a meal starter kit for two, locally sourced from our very own market!
