The Triton Lab

Pacifica recently secured a 20-year lease on a new property within walking distance of campus that provided the additional parking spaces needed to expand enrollment from 305 students to more than 380.

Additionally, this property provides 8,500 SF of light industrial space that Pacifica is now developing into a state-of-the-art athletic performance training and recovery center—The Triton Lab—that will be available to all students year-round. The new space will also provide professional offices for the Business and Advancement Departments.
