(Limit 500 words max) ICBI was developed to provide training to existing and future leaders of a neighborhood as a group. The intent is that the group will strengthen their neighborhood through the tools they learned through ICBI as well as through the development of a community project. INRC will work with participants to develop measurable results to assess the program.
