Membership and Donation Form

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Asheville-Buncombe Community Land Trust! Please fill out the information below so we can process your generous gift.

We also offer a payment option for membership of 2 Hours of Sweat Equity Annually for those who live in Buncombe County and want to be a General Member (Voting) or Supporting Member (non-voting), and for whom a cash donation is a hardship.  Please go to the Membership Sweat Equity Form for that payment option.

The Montford and Stumptown Fund was created by the Montford residents with the goal of creating and protecting permanently affordable homes for Black people in Montford and Stumptown.  This fund was designed to help repair the damage caused by centuries of inequities and real estate.

The Burton Street Fund was created by Burton Street neighborhood residents with the goal of creating and protecting permanently affordable homes for Black people in the Burton Street neighborhood.  This fund was designed to help repair the damage caused by centuries of inequities in real estate.

We keep your personal information private and secure.  When you make a payment through our site, you provide your name, contact information, payment information, and additional information related to your transaction.  We use this information to process your payment and to ensure your payment is correctly credited to your account.

ABCLT reserves the right to post the names of all donors (except those requesting anonymity) on our social media, website, annual reports, and any other marketing materials as we see fit and ABCLT shall post this policy conspicuously on all of its solicitation materials.
