If your child is unable to attend camp, please consider converting all or part of your registration fees into a donation or scholarship to assist families in need. Your donation will be fully tax-deductible. Camps must be cancelled two weeks or more prior to the start date in order to receive a refund. As always, camps require full payment at time of registration. Cancellation requests made prior to two weeks before the start of camp will be refunded in full, minus a $50 fee to cover work that staff has already put into planning for your child’s attendance to camp. Any cancellation requests made within two weeks of the start of camp will not be refunded. Please understand that we have wait lists for many of our camps. Last-minute cancellations keep other kids from enjoying our camps. Thank you for your understanding.
