SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION

Lake County PrideFest is one of the most highly anticipated events of the summer in Lake County, drawing thousands.

This annual outdoor festival will feature great local music and performances on two stages, tasty food trucks, craft brews. Visit the multitude of vendors, artisans and exhibitors and even try your hand at drag bingo!

Join us in celebrating LGBTQ+ life and culture & show your support for Lake County’s LGBTQ+ community.

Sponsorships

You will not be charged any fees today.

An invoice for the balance of the fees will be sent to you and payment MUST be received by May 10, 2024 to ensure your place at the event. A late application fee of $50 will be assessed if your registration request is received AFTER May 10, 2024.

Payment can be made by check, credit card or ACH.

Notes and restrictions:

No utilities, including electric, gas or water, will be provided.

Sponsorship Level

$10,000 - Platinum - Presenting Sponsor (All Bronze, Silver & Gold benefits PLUS press release publicity with quotes from your leadership, company name & logo on main stage banner, company name & logo displayed at beer tent, opportunity to speak & promote your company on main stage)

$5,000 - Gold (All Bronze & Silver benefits PLUS prominent booth space with activity to drive attendees, press release publicity, live announcements throughout the event)

$2,500 - Silver (All Bronze benefits PLUS website listing with name, logo & live link for 1 year, company name on main event banner)

$1,000 - Bronze (Booth space at event, social media & e-newsletter publicity, website listing with name & live link for 1 year, company name printed in Lake County PrideFest program)

Tent Rental

We strongly encourage vendors to bring their own tent. Tents are available cheaply from Amazon or other merchants for less than $100. Tent rental fees include setup and teardown of the tent at the site.
