To avoid any conflicts of interest, if...

   YOU ARE an employee or board member, and/or personally involved in the grant application of a nonprofit organization applying for a grant this year, DO NOT select to participate in the committee in which they have applied.

Check the box below ONLY if you agree to be a Site Visit Leader for your Focus Area Committee.

If you are a first year member, we invite you to attend site visits to learn the process, then volunteer to lead a site visit next year.

Site Visit Leaders set up the site visit, coordinate with all the members volunteering to attend the site visit, and lead the discussion during the site visit.  The report to the Focus Area Committee can be done by anyone on the site visit.

Site Visit Leaders should attend all Focus Area Committee meetings.
