Wear long pants, close-toed shoes, and dress for the weather.  Due to COVID guidelines, we are not able to provide snacks or water on site, so please bring your own. Masks are optional.

Some tools will be provided, but we encourage volunteers to bring their own pruners/handsaws if they have them.

Beaver Marsh

Street parking is required, so please avoid parking in front of mailboxes or driveways.

Please note: There are NO RESTROOMS on site so please plan accordingly.

This event is physically demanding. There will be bending, pulling and walking on ground with tripping hazards. We are recommending a minimum age of 10 years old, but that is up to parent's discretion. We can try to accommodate different ability levels, but it is more difficult at invasive removal events.

Before attendance at a volunteer event, please complete the form below and agree to the release of liability and waiver.

All ages and abilities welcome, but those younger than 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Prior registration is required. Every adult in party needs to fill out separate registration.

All volunteers will self-pre-screen before arriving at a volunteer project location. If you answer “yes” to any of the COVID screening questions, please let us know that you are unable to attend and please stay home.

1) Known exposure in 14 days
2) Temperature taken before event and above 100
3) Not currently feeling well

Contact Emily Kitali if you have additional questions.

We look forward to seeing you soon and thank you for your adaptability in unprecedented times.

I understand that, by signing this Waiver, I am not waiving any rights or claims my child may have for his/her own damage or injury resulting from his/her participation in this activity.
